Steam cooking

we offer glass steam cookers that can be stocked up on each other to pots of 20 and 24 cm diameter (max. 2 pieces). The product works on the principle of high temperature steam. The steam is equally circulating from the water boiling in the pot up to other stocks of the system and it is cover with a lid. Actually, you can cook soup or pasta in the pot and in the steam cookers you can prepare vegetables, meat or fish, which means that this glass-gar-system enables to prepare different dishes at once and economically. In this way the important vitamins, minerals and trace elements stay preserved.

Baking lid – Manta Ray

is to be used with cookware of measurement 26x26 cm. This cooking system is unique in the Czech and international market, respectively. It connects the thirty-year tradition of popular and consumer appreciated baking system of Remoska with the exclusive features of titanium cookware. The electrical cooking system uses worldwide speaking unique methods of heat transfer by contact between the baking lid and the titanium core of the dish. This baking lid is made of the highest quality stainless steel and plastic. In the handle there is built-in a simple control system. The magic mystery of cooking lays in simple pressing the on/off button and keeping an eye on time of preparation of the dish.

Thanks to the equal heat transfer of the whole inner part of the dish, the equal baking of the prepared meals is secured. The heat transfer of the dish is 7 times faster than that of cast-iron, iron or stainless steel. The heat element reaches the performance of 500W, i.e. it is 5 times more economical than the common oven. The squared shape of the whole system is ideal, it simplifies preparation of fish, skewers, lasagnes, etc. The system can be used at the cottage, in the campsite, at the dorm, in the yacht, wherever it is possible to plug in the electricity.
