Educational centre
Within summer 2011 we have established educational centre serving for TPT COATING, s.r.o. (surface treatment of casts), TOP ALULIT, s.r.o. (aluminium foundry) and the external subjects dealing with an issue of industry surface treatments. The total capacity of the centre is 25 persons.
The rooms for practical and theoretical education and three top quality furnished educational laboratories had been established here:
- A laboratory for educating regarding a quality test of the surface treated casts that will be corresponding with a German norm test, so called Stiftung Warren test
- A laboratory for practical education in the field of measuring the thicknesses and quality of surface treatments using a destructive or non-destructive method. There will be measuring and evaluating machines placed here, on which a lot of trials and tests are going to take place. (e.g. tests according to stiwa, corrosive, milk and the egg ones, etching, tests of the surface pre-preparation,…)
- A specialized laboratory for practical education of industrial and food applications (blasting, coating,…). Out of the necessary equipment of this place it is possible to mention e.g. a manual injector blasting machine, several manual spraying guns, manual spraying cabin with an extraction or the tempering oven.
- The educational room will be equipped with necessary educational aids (data projector, computer equipment of the centre, etc.), special measuring and evaluating technologies (e.g. LGA scrubbing tester, mechanical tiger paw tester, a set of roughness measuring devices,…) and other necessary furnishing and equipment.
