Formerly, the company TPT Coating specialized in cookware coating. This cookware had been mainly made of aluminium using a gravity cast method. Currently, with the expansion of our equipment, our manufacturing possibilities have got also into other areas, like treatment of the cast surface, blasting, plasma spraying and CNC machining.
These technologies enabled us to become exclusive suppliers of welding plates for CNC heat and pressure welding that is used in automotive industry. We have been coating e.g. rotors of vacuum pumps or the welding machines for plastic pipes.
We have following technological equipment at our disposal:
CNC blasting machine for unification of coatings before application of anti-adhesive layers
We have been using only the hardest top quality materials, like a white aluminium oxide (99% white electro-corundum). Cast surface profiles have been checked and evaluated all the time regarding the fact that there will be another anti-adhesive layers applied on them.
Heat coating – plasma
we use an APS type (atmospheric plasma technology). We are able to adjust the contents of the applied material due to requirements and the purpose of usage.
High-capacity anti-adhesive systems coating line
Our fully automatic line enables the application of two and more layered anti-adhesive coatings (paints), applied by a system WET on WET. Automatic spraying guns secure equal and homogenous application of colour. Every gun is controlled by a special controlling unit. We use a technology HVLP, enabling reaching the top quality.
Our technology enables using of all water-soluble types of suspensions from the most renowned world manufacturers - Whitford, Ilag, DuPont, and Weilburger.
Anti-adhesive PTFE coatings based on the water-soluble suspensions
can be applied on the surfaces like aluminium, plasma refined aluminium, alloys of aluminium and stainless steel.
CNC machining devices – we use Gildemaister technologies.
The machines are equipped with the under-pressure cast fixing and infra-red automatic targeting of the zero point for machining. This technology enables high productivity while machining.
Laser marking station – a unique technology enabling laser carving in 3D
Enables product individualization due to the customer’s wish, marking with product numbers, etc.
