Which kind to choose?

PRO TITANIUM GUSS line has 8 types (dimensions) of pans, pots and roaster. There are round pans – low, middle and high or square pans of smaller and bigger dimensions.
The pans are usually suitable for frying or preparation of steaks, schnitzels and various vegetable dishes. In the lower pan, it is possible to prepare e.g. pancakes or scrambled eggs. To both pan types it is possible to buy an appropriate glass lid.
Larger square roasters are great for preparation of all dishes and they are supplied with a lid as well. They are used mainly for baking and stewing of larger quantity of meat, poultry and for savoury or sweet puddings.
Pots of two different diameters are suitable especially for preparation of soups, sauces and side dishes.
We offer also a special electrical cooking system Titanium Manta Ray.

What can be prepared in titanium cookware?

Not only can we bake and roast but also stew, fry, grill and prepare toasts – all without any fat because thanks to the anti-adhesive surface, nothing will stick.
Baking. In titanium cookware we can bake meat, poultry, fish and cakes. The listed dishes also stay juicy and smooth even when baked without fat. The meals do not get dry and they are very tasty.
Roasting. In titanium cookware it is possible to roast meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, potatoes toasts but desserts as well. Usually the meals are roasted with white sauce, various other sauces or a whipped egg. We dredge the surface with grated cheese or we put the slices of cheese on it. We can roast without using butter, oil or other fat and also without using the breadcrumbs on the surface. The meal will not stick at all. The roasters are of a very elegant shape, so we can serve the meal to our guest or family members just from the dish the meal was prepared in.
Stewing. We can stew meat, meat mixtures, poultry or vegetables. We stew the meals either in confit or with adding a bit of liquid in order not to cook the meal but to stew it. Usually we use bouillon to baste. Because in titanium cookware the heat is transferred equally up to the top parts of the walls, the meal is stewed equally and does not get dry.
Frying. Speaking about the healthy way of lifestyle, frying is the worst way of food preparation for our organism. On the other hand, frying in titanium cookware has a great advantage against the common one. It is not necessary to use as much fat as in case of the common pans, although they could be coated with a Teflon surface. The titanium pan is enough to be greased with oil or any other fat (about 2 spoons) or the schnitzel can be greased with oil using the pastry brush. In this case a little fat is needed; the breadcrumbs would turn black if it was not used.
Grilling. While grilling in the oven, we do not baste the meal with water but we grease it only with a pastry brush with oil that is seasoned with grill spice, garlic, minced sweet paprika etc. We grill the meal until we reach the crispy crust.
